Calling Tips:
Please have the phone number ready. When the Communications Assistant answers, give him or her the area code and phone number you want to call. Direct your conversation to the voice user as if the Communications Assistant were absent. The agent will relay everything that is said. When you leave a message you may also want to indicate that you have called through Communications Assistant.
